Easiwrap

All Phase Packaging is proud to offer Easiwrap, a unique, high-performance pre-programmed stretch film designed to provide exceptional load containment and stability. Unlike conventional stretch films, Easiwrap is engineered to conform tightly around the load, providing a secure wrap with performance characteristics similar to shrink film.

Easiwrap offers an efficient solution for businesses looking to improve pallet stability, reduce film usage and achieve consistent wrapping performance across a wide range of applications.

  • Standard Easiwrap Hand Film – A pre-programmed hand film that continues to shrink after application, creating a tighter and more secure pallet load. It provides excellent elasticity, snap-back and puncture resistance.

  • MPS Tensioner Film – Hand-applied film used with a tension-control dispenser for more consistent wrapping, improved operator control and reduced physical effort.

  • Gripperwrap System – Combines Easiwrap film with an ergonomic handheld dispenser, making it easier to control film tension and wrap pallets safely and efficiently.

  • Speed Wrap – Designed for faster manual pallet wrapping while maintaining reliable load containment and protection.

  • Ultra Meg – A high-performance hand film designed to provide strong load security while reducing the amount of film required.

  • Easiwrap Machine-Grade Pre-Stretch – Pre-stretched film supplied in longer rolls for stretch-wrapping machines. It provides consistent performance while reducing film consumption and roll changes.

  • Easiwrap Top Strap – A unique two-roll system for securing edgeboard or placing narrow bands around the top of a pallet. It replaces tape, rubber bands or conventional strapping in many internal-handling applications.

Gripperwrap System

The Gripperwrap System combines high-performance Easiwrap stretch film with an easy-to-use handheld dispenser for faster, more comfortable pallet wrapping. The dispenser provides better control and consistent tension, while Easiwrap continues to shrink after application for a tighter, more secure load with excellent puncture resistance and snap-back.

Easiwrap Top Strap — Nothing Else Works Quite Like It

Easiwrap Top Strap is a one-of-a-kind solution for securing edgeboard and banding pallet loads quickly, cleanly and with less labor. Featuring two 5-inch × 1,000-foot rolls and a built-in tension-control device, it allows one operator to position edgeboard and apply two secure bands around the pallet. prefplastics.com

Unlike pressure-sensitive tape, Top Strap does not adhere to the cartons. It removes in one simple motion without tearing packaging or damaging printed graphics, barcodes and labels. It is also an efficient alternative to rubber bands, conventional strapping and full-width stretch film for stabilizing pallets during internal transport, storage and racking.

There is simply nothing else quite like Easiwrap Top Strap: a faster, cleaner and more convenient way to keep pallet loads secure.
